If you have any questions concerning your ValueNews account, connection issues, or anything else regarding your ValueNews account that doesn't involve billing (see above), please read our FAQ, System Status, Newsreader Recommendations, or Privacy & Terms of Service pages first as they will most likely answer your questions. If they don't, please contact us at support@value-news.net and include the following information (if applicable):

Your username
The server that you are requiring support for (Premium or Value)
The newsreader you are using (including version)
The specific error you are getting
Any other information that you feel would be pertinent (the more information the better)

All emails to support will be dealt with in the order that they are received and as promptly as possible.
